“I’ve had my car worked on several times here; my car isn’t the worst thing in the world but has had it’s fair share of problems. I’ve had my alternator replaced, had it towed here after it broke down because of a gas line problem, and minor other things. I’ve always been satisfied with what’s been done, haven’t had the problems come back or worsen since they’ve been fixed (solid repairs), and am overall happy with this place. Dave is a nice, down-to-earth guy who really knows his way around cars.”

“Great service! The mechanic explained the problem in a way I understood, and didn’t charge me to run the diagnostic test or clean the sensor that was causing problems. This was especially great since the dealership quoted me $150 just to run the diagnostic, and likely would have charged me for a new sensor instead of first cleaning the old one. Glad I found a place I can trust, and will definitely be returning!”

“My Acura RSX had squeaky brakes and a tire with a slow leak. They resurfaced my two front rotors and fixed the tire for a great price. They also fixed a loose heat shield that was vibrating during acceleration.

I felt they were very honest and would never suggest unnecessary repairs, which makes me feel good about taking my car there. I will be back for all my car care needs from now on. Keep up the good work!”

“I happen to live near Victory Auto, so when I went in the first time to talk with Dave, I was very happy to find his passion and skill for car repair! I have been a loyal customer for the last 6 years, and owning a handful of cars keeps me going back frequently.
My most recent experience was I took my truck in to have some work done, well, some vandals decided they wanted the tires and rims. Dave called me first thing in the morning and apologized for not putting it in the garage at night, but it was full. I would never expect my vehicle to be garaged each night, he has many customers to make happy. He then told me that he had already filed a police report and notified his insurance company! WOW!
Long story short, Dave went completely out of his way to get me new rims, tires and locking lug nuts! Supplied me with a vehicle to haul some things while he was working on my truck as well.
He called me when it was completed and ready to be picked up!
I would rank this as 10 star service, but only goes to 5!

“I called this place today looking for an oil change and a fixed flat. I had no appointment. I called to see if they could get me in same day and no problem.

I talked to Dave and when he found out I was planning on waiting on the car, he offered me a ride home. I only live four blocks away (I didn’t realize it until I got to the place because we just moved here) and walked home. My car was ready later in the day and it was $65 for the fixed flat and oil change. I was expecting to to be more, so I was pleased.

The customer service is good and you can’t beat a place offering to take a brand new customer home when they live nearby. I realize I didn’t have any major work done this time, but based on my experience this time, I’d seriously consider going back when I do need major work done.”

“Last year had repairs in excess of $500 from 3 different mechanic shops before discovering Victory Automotive. The other guys didn’t know what was wrong with my older 1996 van or how to fix it. *** was referred to Victory auto by 2 folks who I know casually, then talked to Dave, the owner, who explained there was nothing wrong with my van which is sluggish to start. He explained how older Chrysler models including Dodges have a valve on fuel pump that sticks, told me the secret to get van to start if I wanted to avoid hundreds of dollars more in expensive unnecessary “repairs”. *** Fearing to trust mechanics, even good guys!- I finally took the van to Dave over at Victory. Window replacement, tires rotated, and oil change. Took van in at 10 am and picked it up by 5 pm same day. *** I didn’t stand over the mechanics and bug them while they worked, I left my vehicle with the understanding the work would get done. *** Exceeded any reasonable expectation I may have had. If I have any questions in the future, I know where to go to find the answers!”
